Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received. Your item must be in the original packaging and unused due to hygiene reasons.
- The goods are unused
- The goods are in their original packaging and condition (including shrink wrapping, seals, etc)
- The goods are returned within 14 days of the order
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All Lingerie & accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned so please choose your size accordingly. One size may or may not fit all
You will need to provide us with more information about why you wish to return the product via email.
Shipping
We provide a free post returns label. Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return) Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office.
Faulty items
Your item needs to have the receipt / proof of purchase.
You will need to provide us with more information about why you wish to return the product and description of the fault via email.
We will then send you a free post returns label to send the item back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, as faulty we will happily send you a replacement item free of charge.
Refunds
we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
